What's New

• You can now control your sensor using the Console! Enable, disable, and restart the sensors on known hosts using the Console UI.
• Investigations is now available on-prem. Currently investigations data is being gathered from the sensor via Athena API, which is specific to AWS. To enable on-prem investigations, you will use a query service, Presto Connector, that is not dependent on a cloud provider.

Key Improvements

• Reduced network data load: Etag support to sensor and console for unchanged policies. New configuration data will only be sent to a sensor if the config does not match the config on the sensor.
• Reduced storage space required to run the console: Subsequent heartbeat alerts for a host will be replaced in the database instead of appended.
